The Bowers SNAPMATIC snap gauge has been designed specifically for quick, reliable and accurate measurement of external cylindrical diameters. Bowers SNAPMATIC Snap Gauge SPM is particularly suitable for use in series production as it is equipped with detachable dial gauge to suit your various ranges of precision. Bowers SNAPMATIC Snap Gauge SPM has a heat-resistant polymer grip and rugged design to ensure your convenient use in the workshop and versatile use in the measuring room for sample measurements (bench-stand available).
Bowers SNAPMATIC Snap Gauge SPM is using no-maintenance spring-operated mechanism. The measuring surfaces of Bowers SNAPMATIC Snap Gauge SPM Series are made with top-quality tungsten carbide, mounted to ensure your repetitive accuracy at relatively faster testing time compared with regular micrometers. Bowers SNAPMATIC Snap Gauge SPM is highly regarded as one of the best selling precision comparator applied widely on QC piping, shaft-truss rod making, suspended steel wiring and many other fabrication.
Bowers SNAPMATIC Snap Gauge SPM Series Features:
- Measuring ranges: 0-25mm (0-1"), 25-50mm (1-2"), 50-75mm (2-3"), 75-100mm (3-4"), 100-125mm (4-5"), 125-150mm (5-6")
- Gauging travel: 0.5mm
- Constant measuring pressure with heat-resistant polymer grip
- Adjustable depth-stop
- 8mm diameter indicator locking bush as standard (3/8" on request)
- Can be used with dial-gauges, digital indicators or measuring probes
- 16mm wide tungsten carbide measuring surfaces for positive-feel measurement (see table for flatness and parallelism)
