D'Andrea Fine Boring Head Capto PSC-TR Elettra (PSK) is devised for machine tools application of milling, boring on various lathes, machining centres and boring machines with regard for excellent quality and remarkable precision levels. D'Andrea's high value shrink fit chucks and mechanical tool holders includes monoblock rigid designs with manual tightening for the polygonal taper interface.
The TR-Elettra is a finishing head, where the radial displacement of the toolholder slide is viewed on a built–in digital display, providing the operator with maximum speed and accuracy of adjustment. The operating range of these heads is extensive: from 2.5 mm to 2,700 mm depending on the size of the head selected. The entire TR-Elettra range is also available as a kit, complete with all the accessories necessary for its correct use. TR-Elettra, uses the well-known D’ANDREA MHD modular system and the new PSC modular system as coupling systems, with addition on its digital evolution display on the TRM body, which is the best seller from D’ANDREA micrometre finishing head line up.
D'Andrea Fine Boring Head Capto PSC-TR Elettra (PSK) is built in accordance with the ISO 26623-1 standard. The comprehensive PSC line of cones, adaptors, extensions, reductions and direct coupling tools from D’Andrea are built in accordance with ISO 26623-1/2 – which also compatible with the existing MHD modular system, allowing the use of both systems on the same machine tool.
