Cutting solid steel bar, tensile strength 700 – 1500 N/mm2

The PVD coated carbide tipped CX 1 saw blade has been developed for cutting solid steel with tensile strengths between 700 – 1,500 N/mm2 at very high production rates.

Kinkelder TCT Solid CX 1 User Features:

  • Solid cutting hard solid steel between 800 - 1600 N/mm2
  • Extremely hard solid materials up to 2.000 N/mm2 on high-performance machines.
  • Maximum cutting speed: 280 m/min.
  • Suggested cutting speed: 120 - 240 m/min.
  • Feed rates: 0,04-0,10 mm/tooth.
