SP-Tech Precision Digital Force Gauges DFG is devised as a versatile instrument used for any industries to measure the force strenght and stretching during a push or pull testing. This gauge is a versatile and resulting a repetitive accuracy with ergonomic handheld and bench stand application. SP-Tech Precision Digital Force Gauges DFG Series consist of load cell, electronic part, software and a LCD display. A load cell works to convert the mechanical strenght of a force which measured in newtons or pounds into a readable signal. Then, by its mechanical arrangement, the force being sensed deforms a strain gauge which then converts the deformation (strain) to electrical signals. Finally, the software and electronics of the force gauge convert the voltage of the load cell into a force value that is displayed on the LCD and can be recorded and send to any inspection system or display through serial RS232 cable.
By having SP-Tech DFG Series in your fabrication floor, you can easily determine if a sampled part is good or not. This practicality made SP-Tech DFG series are currently preffered by customer in testing product ranges from automobile's door latch, quality of spring, wire stretch-hardness testing, cabling socket strength, consumer products enclosure, leather belt buckle, and many more. In further application, complicated tests can also be applied such as; packaging peeling, tearing-friction, texture and surface smoothness can also be performed. Applications exist in research and development, laboratory, quality, production and field environment.
