Shimpo FG-3000 Series is devised as a simple and cost-effective digital force gauges which measure tension and compression testing instantly. Shimpo FG-3000 is a handheld operated with compact enclosure of a large back-lit LCD. Shimpo FG-3000 units were designed with multi-language menu programming for intuitive set-up of the instrument for your fully customized parameter. 3 modes of operation are selectable: Track mode displays live readings, Peak mode records the maximum reading sensed during the test, and Pre-set mode which allows the user to manually set high and low limit set points. The programmable limits provide a quick visual and audible indication if a test passes or fails. Furthermore, USB connection and comparator output allows you to integrate Shimpo FG-3000 for repetitive testing which can also be viewed on screen display, sent to optional printer, or statistical analysis on the software.
The Shimpo FG-3000 display analog bar graph which provides perspective of current reading in comparison to the full scale range. Your graphical analysis of comprehension and operation can be easily dermined by a Pass/Fail icons for an instant response of the testing result while a storage symbol confirm when a reading is logged. A menu-selectable display orientation streamlines switching from push to pull testing for portable or test stand applications. The Shimpo FG-3000 allows you to have a data logging up to 500 readings for instant data acquisition.
