Shimpo Leak Test Fixtures Force Gauge Jig FGTT-09 is devised to firmly test specimen with up to 1000 Newton (kg.m/sec2) for testing external stress force on burst test and rupture test within a the touch of a lever. Attached with additional clamp on its pressing surface, this precision fixture also allows you for improvised puncture resistance test with fine sharp point such as a hypodermic needle to absorb and distribute the force to an acceptable forces parameter. You can also attach an EN388 glove standard jig or use a more pencil-like object with a flat tip of 1mm diameter or other shape of tip attached to realize the materials ability to withstand high forces through high tenacity and to a lesser extent to avoid cut or separation of the material.

Combined with any digital or analog force gauge, you can also run a precision testing of pull-push sequence with either manual hand-crank lever stand or Shimpo motorised digital stand as well. As the fixture is equipped with a tray, it is possible to test an object with its contents left inside, and cleaning can easily be done.

You can also tighten each side of the specimen with regular locking clamp or simply in untreated manner while using this Leak Test Fixtures attached to the force gauge's pin. Shimpo Leak Test Fixtures Force Gauge Jig FGTT-09 is highly recommended for any Shimpo force gauge or any brands on your current workbench.
