Shimpo small chucks Force Gauge Jig 6SC-3/8 (4SC-3/8) is devised for firmly holding a test specimen with up to 100 Newton, which are suitable for pulling, peel and stretch test of elastic paper, cloth, rubber, film, sticker. You can use this mini jig with digital or analog force gauge to run a precision testing of pull combination with either motorized-programmable force test or with manual pulling stand combination. Shimpo Small Chucks Force Gauge Jig 6SC-3/8 (4SC-3/8) is highly recommended for any Shimpo force gauge or any brands on your current workbench. Depend on your budget, you can also order this heavy duty clamp with either manual hand-crank lever or or Shimpo motorised digital stand as well.
Shimpo Small Chucks Force Gauge Jig 6SC-3/8 (4SC-3/8) features:
- Suited for thin or small test pieces and for tests where low loads are applied to small lightweight objects.
- Compatible gauge attachement with all Shimpo force gauge such as FGJN-1～50, FGP-1～50 and FGPX-1～50.
- Suitable for tensile tests on various materials of products such as cosmetics and breaking tests on LCD panels, materials, etc.
- For peeling tests of the aluminum foil on tablet packaging, seals, etc.
