Sisma BCL is devised to precisely cut tougher metallic material of denser mass and microstructure which proven to be non economical and less precise on Co2 laser cutting machine. You can simply set the parameter as in CNC machine and work on high precision cuts even with high acceleration processes on very narrow radial routes. Sisma MCL laser cutting system is designed to process high performance and functionality by its ball screw axis version within working area of 1200 mm x 975 mm. Sisma BCL works by utilizing Fiber Ytterbium cutting laser beam (YAG). The laser beam provides a concentrated heat source, allowing for narrow, deep welds and high welding rates. The process is frequently used in high volume applications, such as in the automotive industry as x-rays are not generated.
Compared to regular Co2 based laser machine, Sisma's YAG laser technology produce world's highest accuracy with wave lenght of 1070 nm which comes without the need for regular head source - optical replacement, gas nozzle consumables and preassure gauges with excessive fire retardant kit which usually needed when working with Co2 laser machine. The cutting features an anti-collision capacitive sensor, capable of ensuring high precision processes in all circumstances: Sisma BCL provides superior performance in terms of speed and quality of cutting. Many options are available, as a system that divide the working area with a mobile column featuring clamps for fastening the sheet on three sides.
Furthermore, Sisma BCL is suitable as a basis for combined processes machines, combining laser cutting with marking or milling. This high efficiency laser will give you better operating cost and much safer working environment with user friendly format. Sisma BCL laser cutting system in its version for linear axes X / Y is designed for high-performance processes and functionality. To ensure a high stability over time, the structure is in tubular steel with electro treatment stress relieved.
