Vertex Endmill Grinder & Sharpener VEG Series were devised to sharpen milling cutters and tool bits along with a host of other cutting tools in your industrial floor. Vertex Endmill Grinder & Sharpener VEG is a manually operated setup.  Vertex Endmill Grinder & Sharpener VEG Series allows your company to sharpen the huge variety in shapes and types of machining cutters demanded by your customer. Vertex Endmill Grinder & Sharpener VEG Series also available with variety of dedicated fixtures that allow cylindrical grinding operations or complex angles to be ground. 

Vertex Endmill Grinder & Sharpener VEG range is an extremely versatile machine used to perform a variety of grinding operations: surface, cylindrical, or complex shapes with customized design up to 4 flutes.  Vertex Endmill Grinder & Sharpener VEG Series allows you to work with several broad categories of end- and face-milling tools , such as center-cutting versus non-center-cutting (whether the mill can take plunging cuts); and categorization by number of flutes; by helix angle; by material; and by coating material. Each category may be further divided by specific application and special geometry.

The table moves longitudinally and laterally, the head can swivel as well as being adjustable in the horizontal plane. This flexibility in the head allows the critical clearance angles required by the various cutters to be achieved. The operation of Vertex Endmill Grinder & Sharpener VEG Series as a manually operated variety, allows your operator to crafts tooling bits by stop and go operation with frequent check up and alignment necessary.
