Widia Multi-station Tool Holder PSC63 and KM25™ is devised for High-Performance tooling system for robust accuracy metal removal on work-piece made of cast iron, solid steel and stainless steel. Thanks to its 4 units of mini face cutter, larger surface of metal can be removed efficiently with uniform finish. The heat from the cutting did not creates burn marks due to its geometrical designs and evenly spread coolant channel.
The innovative Widia's shank tools allow you to work with the optimum combination of grade, geometries, and coatings for accomplishing precision tapping applications in steel and stainless steel materials. The proprietary powder-metal substrate contains higher than standard levels of cobalt content for a combination of greater heat resistance and improved tool life.
