KINS' GREEN Performance

Formerly known as Fusion 2.0, KINS' GREEN Performance is a high-performance saw blade designed for cutting low and medium tensile carbon steel tubes.

 

Key Features:

  • Advanced Coating: A specialized, wear-resistant multilayer PVD coating ensures low friction, high hardness, and exceptional temperature resistance.
  • Optimized Design: Engineered for extremely high cutting speeds and tooth loads, reducing side pick-up and maximizing blade life.
  • Versatile Application: Suitable for various cutting applications, including (semi)automatic sawing machines and flying cut-off operations.

Recommended Cutting Speeds:

  • Suggested cutting speed: 120 – 200 m/min
  • Tooth load ranging from: 0.04 – 0.18 mm/tooth
